Welcome to the public engagement website with proposals for new homes on land west of Layhams Road, Keston.
The site owners are preparing an Outline Planning Application for a carefully designed residential development comprising 46 new homes, including 50% affordable housing, together with extensive landscaping, biodiversity enhancements, children’s play space and associated infrastructure. The No planning application has yet been submitted.
This website has been prepared to share the emerging proposals, explain the background to the site, and invite feedback from local residents and stakeholders before the plans are finalised.
